About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Can I obtain a visa from Toronto because I have similar time constraints in my schedule?

Like Ghias I am an American presently visiting family in Canada. I am on summer break and do not hold an entry permit.

Nina, I think you can apply from Toronto. The Canadian entry record on your passport will serve as the proof of entry permit.
