Hi, dear, time is enough for you to visit all of those attractions in HK. I'd like to arrange your itinerary as this:
Day 1: Ocean Park, Stanley Market, Repulse Bay, Victoria Peak, star ferry- symphony of lights harbour cruise
Day 2: Ngong Ping 360, Disneyland, Temple Street markets, Ladies market, Din Tai Fung
Day 3: Museum of History/Science Museum, Nan Lian Garden, Wong Tai Sin Temple
Day 4: a side trip to Macau
Day 5: do some shopping at Tsim Sha Tsui, Central and Causeway Bay
Day 6: Have a rest and ready to leave
