About:China Work Visa

My Chinese wife and I want to move back to China and start a business. How to get a Work Visa?

I am married to a Chinese national and we want to move back to China and start a business. How do I get a work visa for this?

First of all, you can enter China with an L visa. Because your wife is Chinese, L visa can be family visit for longer duration. After set up your business in China, you can apply for a work visa then.
