Guangdong-Shanghai

Hello! My question is that If I get a travel visa for Guangdong province, can I land in Shanghai and live over there for the first few days?

For a visit to Guangdong, you need to apply for a full China visa. So, it is ok for you to land in Shanghai, as well as other cities except Tibet.
