Enquiry on train

Good afternoon,I'll staying at Da Du He Road,Pu Tuo District in Shanghai and which train station(as there are Shanghai station,HongQiao,Shanghai South / West will easier for me to go Suzhou?and where do I stop once arrive Suzhou(AnHui,Anhui East, Suzhou Jiangsu Industrial Park,Suzhou Jiangsu New District,Suzhou Jiangsu,Suzhou Jiangsu North),which station will be suitable for me to stop if I stay at either Nanya Hotel or Jinglong Hotel?And from Suzhou to Beijing is it still the same station that i arrive?and which Beijing train station do I stop if I stay at King Park View Hotel as I seen there are Beijing station,Beijing South and west.After that is it still the same station if I return to Shanghai? And one of my friend want to go Hangzhou from Suzhou so what station she need to stop at as she stay at Qing He Fang Road?Advisesable for us to book the ticket now?by credit card?or just pay on the day we get the ticket?and where do we get our ticket once we book the ticket for the destination I had mention above?
