You may just apply for the visa from the local China embassy or consulate-general with these documents:
1. your filipino passport
2. China visa application form V 2011A that should be fully and neatly filled
3. a passport stancard photo that was taken recently
4. round-trip air ticket and hotel booking in China
5. financial proof of adequate funds to cover your stay in China, such as your bank statement
6. Previously used China visa in old or new passport
7. photocopy of the emergency contact information page of yourpassport
8. if it is your first time to apply for a China visa, you should also prepare Original NBI clearance valid for travel abroad, your employment certificate like company ID, SSS ID and contributions, TIN ID and latest ITR or business registration of company, TIN ID and latest ITR
9. if you are 16-21 years old, you should go to submit the visa in person and an interview may be requried.
