About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Is it OK to have your outbound flight leaving from Hong Kong?

I have flight confirmation for my entry and exit from China but my outbound flight leaves from Hong Kong rather than mainland China. Could this be a problem when applying for a tourist visa? Also it states above that if you are applying for a double entry visa you should state your intention to leave (in my case to Japan) 'in the section where you list the places you will visit'. I can't see this section on the application form, just a section that asks you to list the residences that you will be staying in during your time in China. Any ideas anyone?

Thanks!

It is ok if your outbound flight leaving from HK. For the application form, you just need to fill the residences that you will be staying in China. Check double entry box above is enough.
