Do Myanmar nationality need Macau Visa Entry

Hi, I am Myanmar nationality living in singapore currently. I and two of my friends planned to visit Macau via hong kong in coming mid of july 2012. I would like to inquire that Macau visa entry is required to obtain for Myanmar Nationality or we can visit Macau with visa on arrival? At the moment, we only got hong kong visa in hand. If we are required to obtain Macau visa entry, how much have to pay for visa fees if we applied in singapore?
