Can an Australian passport holder apply for a chinese tourist visa in Germany?

i am an australian with an Australian passport, visiting germany. Can i apply for a chinese tourist visa in Germany?

Since you are only a temperory visitor in Germany, you can not apply in Germany. I suggest you to apply in your own country or apply in HK.
