About:Chinese Embassy in Italy

can i submit my chinese visas application to the florence CVASC if i live in bologna?

i tried to call every consulate and china embassy of italy at the right hours but nobody is answering anywhere,the only woman that answer one of my call spoke poor italian and couldn't give me any informations at all,just told me to go to milan.does anybody know if is possible to send the passport to the consulates or do an application on-line?there's no other way rather then go in person to the visa office?thank you

You need to submit your appliation to Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC) in Milan. If you can not go in person, you can entrust others to do on your behalf. CVASC only offers post service for return delivery of the processed passport (application).
