Do I need to declare on my personal iPad, iPhone, and school laptop?

I'm interning in Weihai, China and I was wondering if I need to declare my iPad, iPhone, and school laptop. I use these items everyday but do I still need to declare? Also I need to pay tax for it?

The price of all these electronic articles is over 5000 RMB, so I think you need to declare. If your iphone, ipad are new, you may need to pay tax for them, if not, you do not need to.
