Business Visa for German Citizen, Resident in Jeddah

May I apply and obtain a multiple-entry business visa in your Jeddah-Consulate??
In one of your website I found these informations, are they valid & correct??

Yeah, you can apply for a China business visa from the China consulate in Jeddah if you are living in Madinah, Makkah, Taif or Jeddah, but I'm not sure whether they issue multiple-entry visas to thrid country passport holders there. You may have a try with all the necessary documents.
