Well I recommend you to go the exit and entry department in your resident please now in china and get more clear information's why is this like that ? And what kind of problem is on your visa . because normally there is no problem . And if your on business purpose your company can help you with this too . And normally bussiness visa is vaild to 12 months with 30 days or 90 days duration after 90 days or 30 days you must exit from china and go to hong kong and come back again because your duration of each stay is 30 days or 90 days your visa shows that clearly .

On your Chinese Visa, you'll see i) Enter Before, and ii) issue date. Enter Before means the last date you are allowed to enter China. The validity of your visa will be from the issue date until the last date you are allowed to enter.

Hi, Ali, a multiple entry visa valid for 6 months or 12 months, meaning from the issuing visa time to "enter before" time, there is 6 months or 12 months. Only within this period can you enter China. After you enter China, you can only have a duration of 30 days at most, so each time, when the 30 days is going to expire, you have to exit China. But since the visa is multiple entry visa, provided the visa is still within the period mentioned above, you can re-entry China and get another 30 days duration again.

You said you want to stay 90 days. I suggest you do it this way: about a week before the 30 days exoires, go to the local exit-entry department in China to ask for a 30 days extension. When this new 30 days is to expire, you can exit mainland china, go to HK (you are exempted from Hk visa to visit hk) and then re-enter mainland china.
