As a Foreign National living in Tokyo, where and how can I apply for a Hong Kong Visa?

Am a Ugandan living in Tokyo and am planning a tour to Hong Kong next month.
Do I have to get a Visa before leaving or I don't need one since I'll be there for 2days?
Hope to hear from you.

With Ugandan passport, you are not required visa to HK if you plan to stay there for less than 30 days.
