About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

As a foreign national living in Mie where should I apply for a visa?

Im an Irish citizen living in Mie and am planning on going to China to see a friend at the end of the month. can I apply for a visa in the consulate in Nagoya, the embassy in Tokyo or in a travel agent. In the case its a travel agent, which travel agent?

You need to apply for a China visa from Consulate General of China in Nagoya. Better to apply through a travel agency. Any qualified travel agency can do this on your behalf.
