requirements needed for Hongkong visa for a Lebanese Nationality

Hello, We are travel and tours organizer, it happens that i have a guests who is a Lebanese Nationality living in Riyadh right now, they wanted to visit with his wife and kids in Cebu Philippines and have a Hongkong tour for a 4Days3Nights & visit Disneyland and Ocean Park.. We wanted to know if he needs a visa to enter Hongkong? what are the requirements and how it takes long to process the visa ? We already book them a ticket and a hotel accommodation. Your reply is highly appreciated.

Lebanese need to apply for a visa to HK in advance. He can submit his HK visa application to Chinese Competitive Spirit Co. for Visa Service or Alsandross International Est. as details listed on page https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/saudiarabia.htm. They are collecting applications on behalf of Chinese embassy in Riyadh. It may take about one month if approval from HK Immigration department is necesary. Documents needed are his passport, residence permit in Saudi Arabia, application form, ticket, hotel reservation and a confirmation of travel itinerary. For more details, you can contact one of those agency.
