Hi

I want to do a tour of China that includes seeing the cormorant fishing, Kuoni do one but the best dates for the tour menas we will be due to see the fishing on a National holiday (mid autumn festival) on 19th September 2013. Anyone know if we will still get to see the fishing or will this be called off as everyone will be with their families?

If you plan to visit the Li River on 19th September, it is OK. The most crowded time of travelling is the National Holiday from Oct. 1st to Oct. 7th, so it will not be so crowded at that time.
Besides, Mid-autumn Festival is a time for Chinese people to get together instead of travelling, so take it easy and come to enjoy the beautiful Li River.
