About:China Student Visa
Is it possible to get X visa while in China?
I'm going to be in Beijing on a standard tourist visa. Would it be possible for me to get X visa by visiting Public Security Bureau (or elsewhere?) while in Beijing? I begin my studies in Shanghai in September and I have already received all the neccessary materials (JW-202 and Admission Notice), I'm just waiting for my health check results and am afraid they wouldn't have enough time to proceed my request if I submitted it in my home country. Moreover, is Admission Notice in English good enough? I expected to receive documents in both Chinese and English so this is kind of a surprise for me.
