can I get tourist visa for china

hi, my friend and i want to visit china, for shopping, relaxing, a bit of adventure sports, nature, trekking, spa, amusement parks, for 14 days, we ll probably spend a week in hongkong... can we easily get a tourist visa? she lives in india and i live in ghana, west africa, but we are both indian citizens.

Hi, you both need no visa to HK, but you need visa to Mainland China.

You can apply at the embassy/consulate of China in Ghana. The following documents are needed:
1.Completed visa application form with one white background passport-size photo.(Both V2011A and V2011B);
2.Original invitation letter with an official seal, authorized signature and contact details from a host company or travel bureau in China which enjoys legal person status and must be registered in China. The invitation should be attached with an envelope postmarked by Chinese Post Office
3.Introductory letter from the employer
4.Flight booking and hotel reservation
5.Proof of economic guarantee (such as personal bank account statement or pay slips from employer for at least four months), both original and photocopy
6.PhotocoPy and original passport valid for more than six (6) months with at least two blank pages
7. Proof of residency in Ghana.

Your friend can apply in India. She needs to prepare the following documents:
1．Application Form with a recently-taken color photo glued or stapled on.
2． Valid Passport and a copy of its information page as well as copy of previous Chinese Visas(on an A-4 paper).
3．Invitation Letter from China (a company or a person), Tourist Agenda, Personal Written Statement (with details as follows: A. name of the scenic spot; B. name, address and contact number of the inviting company or person; C. name and contact number of the applicant's working unit in India).
