I need to go to guangzhou from wuhan, which station is better?

I need to say in tianhe district for awhile, and i know the subway journey from the south st. is a bit long. I'm gonna bring a lot of bags with me, so it's a little bit inconvenience, but i know that there are no subway in the north st. Which station do you think for me to go? Thanks before :)
