About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.
Does my 17 year old daughter with passport need to have a stranged fathers signature for a visa?

Your daughter is already a grown-up, so herself can sign the documents for visa application. There is no need for her father's signature.

Melissa, are you sure.I saw an application where it asked for it...or is that for under 16 years of age?
