About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

if a merriage is done in China & it's solely for a merriage of convience

knowingly the couple is using the Chinese Government & USA Government for the benefit of entering into the countries and co habitating as a merried couple doing business in the USA under false pretences. Is this allowed by our countries?

If the couple can get official certificate such as the proper visa for this, I don't think there will be any problem.
