Ca we take medical report required for Z VISA/Work visa requirement, form Private hospital registered with governement ?? or is it compulsory to have government hospitals report only. ??

The medical check is required to be done at the hospitals appointed by the embassy or consulate. These hospitals are mostly state-owned hospitals. For the detailed hospital list, you can enquiry at the frontier conter of the embassy or consulate.
