how long does it take to get a chinese visa in japan? if i have to leave japan before it's issued, can i have it mailed to me in south korea?

Normally visa may be picked up on the fourth working day since the date of the application. You can ask express service by paying extra fee. The rush fee is ¥3000 for the next-day and the third-day pick-up. There is no mail back service. You can entrust someone to pick up on your behalf and ask him to mail the visa to South Korea.
