Usually, one adult could carry one child below 1.2 m tall for free (or between 1.2 m and 1.5 m tall for child ticket), if he/she doest not take extra seat/berth. Above 1.5 m, children should purchase the adult tickets. So if your two 8 year’s old children is below 1.2 m (or between 1.2 m and 1.5 m) and would share bunk with you adults, you can buy 4 adults tickets (or 4 adult tickets and 2 child tickets).
