About:China Visa Fees

my visa expired for almost 3 years ,the immigration refused to accept my penalty and detained me

my visa expired for almost 3 years ,the immigration refused to accept my penalty and detained me for 3 weeks after they gave a 10 days to leave visa,there is slightly visible red stamp on the visa ,after how long can i go back to china with the same passport.thank you

I do not know about its regulation but my friend overstayed for 12 days and paid the fines, and as long as he used the same passport he was denied entry to China. It's been 3 years now.
