Chinese Girlfriend's Parents Consent Letter

Hello
Can you please tell me is there any notary public place in china where my chinese friend can notorized the consent letter?

or as i have heard from other people they say that, just write consent letter in chinese on a plain paper and have it signed and thumb impression by parents along with their ID cards?

Will chinese embassy in pakistan accept this document?

Yes, there should be Notary Public in most of the cities in China especially in the provincial cities. If you wil register your marriage in Pakistan, your should ask your Chinese girl friend to go to or contact the Pakistan embassy in China to know whether a hand-written Parents Consent Letter that is signed and thumbed but without any official notarization will be accepted or not.

No i want this consent letter to show to chinese embassy in pakistan so that i can get my single status certificate attested from chinese embassy, for this purpose they need girlfriend's parents consent letter.

so she should get consent letter notorized?

Yes, definitely, since a hand-written letter without any official notarization and authentication has no legal force.
