lost passport in china, what can i do?

i already lost my passport on 23/05/2012 on the main time i inform police i think sombody stollen my packet there is 2 passport from Parwiz  S/O Abdal passport No OA  534071 and Abdal  S/O  Noor Mohammad passport No OA 1006762  also this is my first time in china i really need for your help please do me a fever and help us i wan't to know when i finshed police documents here in Haungzhou tomarrow our emabssy is worknig on Saterday and Sunday or not or what should i do please show me the way thank you
