do i need another physical in philippines?

Question

I had a physical in Bahrain and I passed it.  Later on, I found out that I need to go Phils to process the Zvisa requirements since am a Filipino.  The Chinese Embassy in Bahrain doesn't know the answer... My question is, do  I need another physical in Philippines? Or the Medical I had in Bahrain will be honored by Chinese Embassy in Manila?

If you plan to apply for the China visa in Philippines, you will need to do another physical exam at Makati Medical Center or Chinese General Hospital.
