About:How to Buy Tickets

Hello!! I am a foreigner currently living in Xiantao, Hubei.

My husband and I are going to Guangzhou this Sunday. I don’t have my passport because the US embassy is processing my US visa at this time. Can I still get a ticket without my passport?? Thank you

Hi, you need to show your passport or its copies when purchasing train tickets at the station. And when taking the train, I rarely meet anyone check the ID cards or passports. However, sometimes the staff on the train will make a sample check.
