what type of invitation letter should I take from the company in CHINA and is it OK if they scan & mail me the letter ?

1. Applicant's passport valid for at least six months with at least 2 blank visa pages. 2. One recent passport size photograph.3. One Passport photocopy.4. An original invitation from the Department of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, with a multiple entry visa notification.5. Covering letter from your company or employer addressed to the visa office.
