Working visa for Australian citizen

Hi

I am an Australian citizen and currently I'm in China on a tourist visa I have however been offered a job and I want to switch to a work visa. A few months ago it was possible to go to Hong Kong to get this work visa and then re-enter china. However this is no longer possible.

Consequently I am wondering is it possible to come and India and apply for a work visa for China in India? I should note that this is the first time I am applying for a Chinese work visa.

Thanks for your help,

Anton

1. No, you can not apply at India either;
2. Actually, you can apply by mail. Just mail all the required documents to Australia.
