About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Should I apply visa for my daugther

My parent-in -laws are from China.They intend to bring my daugther (3 years old,singaporean )back to China for visiting.They intend to stay more than one month,so my daugther need to apply visa for her stay in China?She hold a indivisual Singapore International Passport.
