About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

My daughter is a Chinese born American citizen applying for a Chinese visa for the first time.

We no longer have her original Chinese passport. Is it possible to obtain a visa for her and if so, how?

So, her former nationality was Chinese, right? but can not find Chinese passport. If she holds US passport now, it is ok for her to apply for a China visa with US passport. Do not mention it, and apply for China visa as a normal US citizen.
