About:Chinese Embassy in Uganda

my friend is planning to pursue univeristy education in china will i be able to visit her in china.

yes, you can apply for a tourist visa L to China, for visiting friend, you need to provide the invitation letter from her, as well as copies of her passport, student visa, valid residence permit. Basic requirements are passport, application form and photo, return tickets and hotel reservation.
