About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Visa by post

i have to apply for a chinese visa. i would love to do it by post. how does it work. When i get my passboard send back the visa is already in the passboard? or do i have to get it in one of those consulats?

I am not sure where are you living, so please check the consular jurisdiction of Chinese embassy & consulate in your country first. You may need to hand in your application to Chinese Visa Application Service Center if you belong to consulates of Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. If yes, they provide service of post application. Chinese embassy only accepts mail-in visa applications from South Australia and Northern Territory. Mail service is not provided at Consulate in Perth.
