why the chines visa can't get from other country even my wife chines.

Hi, I have L visa and i can't get chines visa from other countries even my wife is chines and we get married 8 years ago such a long time and we want live china together ! but still getting 3 month visa extention is it possible to get long time visa ,and work here too ? i need your advice thanks

To work in China is a good idea, since a China work visa may allow you stay in China for 1-2 years once according to the validity of your work contract.

The visa application rules were made by the immigration department under the Ministry of foreign Affairs of China. The oversea Chinese embassies and consulates just issue the visas according to the relevant regulations. China is not a immgrant country like US and Australia. People can't get a long-time residence permit or Chinese citizenship just because of marriage with a Chinese.
