Visa needd for stay at airport hotel between flights at Guangzhou?

Travellg Bne-Paris with China South Airlines. Have a long wait between flights. Visa need for stay at airpt hotel? 8-9 hours between flights at Guangzhou

I'm not sure whether there is a hotel within the transit area in Guangzhou Airport, but if you won't go out of the transit area during the 8-9 hours stop, you don't need any visa.
