VISA for working: Documents needed

Hello
I am Italian with Italian Passport, my residence is in Germany, now i work in Shanghai in the Chinese Branch of a German company with temporary residential permit.
I have used all the Entries of my current Visa so i must issue a new one.
Since i will be in Rome next week i would like to isuue the new Visa for working (business trip) at the CVASC in Rome.
Questions:
1) is the CVASC the right office also for VISA for working?
2) I have prepared the following documents:
- Form V2011.A duly filled
- Two Pass Photos
- Invitation Letter of the Chinese Company
(- Passport)
Do you need some other documents to issue the Visa ?

1. If you are ordinary Itanlian passport holder, your are right that you should apply for the China work visa through the CVASC.
2. application form V2011B is also necessary for China work visa application even if you apply for the visa in your home country. Besides, you also have to submit other documents such as your passport with sufficient blank visa pages and 18 months and more left if intended stay in China is more than one year, Permit for Foreign Experts Working in China issued by the State Bureau of Foreign Experts and Confirmation letter of Invitation issued by an Authorized Unit in China such as the local foreign affairs office.
