As far as I know, China won't issue dependant visa for the families of a China Student visa holder. Your family can just apply for a China tourist visa to go to stay with you for 30-180 days in China. You need to provide an invitation letter and copies of your passport and Chinese residence permit for their China visa application. You may ask your family to contact the China Emabssy in Iraq to confirm whether they accept China visa application now.
