About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Which documents me need if what to get China visa for me and my baby(she added in my own passport)

My baby only 5 months I'm from Russia and we stay in China only 4 days and than going to Russia

I am wondering if you hold Canadian or Russian Passport? Where are you going to apply for China visa?

If your baby was added to your passport, you can apply for him/her a China visa with your passport.
