About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver
Hong Kong I.D.cards
My family and I were born in Hong Kong and we would like to apply for Hong Kong I.D. cards through the Chinese Consulate here in Vancouver. My questions are:
1. Which address do we go to - the one on 3380 Granville St. or the Visa Office on 1338 .W. Broadway?
2. How to make an appointment -- I tried many times but could not get through by phone -- do we just show up?
3. Can we download the application form ROP143 so we can prepare it beforehand to save time there.
4. Do I have to bring my whole family there in person? or can I apply for my children who were born in H.K.
Thank you very much in advance.
