My family is living in Brisbane, and my daughter is going to turn to 5 in few months, and she is holding current HKID and HKSAR Passport but will be expire soon.

I would like to ask how to apply/renew her HKID and Passport in Brisbane? Many thanks!!!

Your daughtre is only 5 years old, I don't think she is qualified to applt for a HK ID. You may confirm this with the consulate of China in Brisbane where you may renew the passport for her with the documents below:
1. Hk passport application form ID844
2. one recent taken photo of 40mmX50mm with white background
3. payment table ID853
4. her birth certificate
5. copies of your passport
6. supporting documents with her name, birthdate and photo from her school
