Is it possible to get my visa in Hong Kong?

I am an Indonesian passport holder and a Singapore Permanent Resident. Is it possible for me to get a travel visa to shenzhen during my visit in hong kong or should i apply in singapore first before travelling to hong kong?

You'd better apply for the visa in Singapore before your trip.
