I‘d like to suggest you one doable itinerary:
Day 1: Ruin of St. Paul, Senado Square, A-ma Temper, Macau Tower and see the show at night at the City of Dreams where your hotel located.
Day 2: Lisboa Casino, Venetian Hotel, Fisherman's Wharf, Guia Lighthouse
Day 3: a side trip to Hong Kong is recommended if time permits.0
