Can documents for visa apply been send to madrid for visa apply or need to go personal ?

You'd better submit the application in person or send someone else to do it for you, even if the China Visa application service cetner does accept visa application by post. The reason are that mail applications require approximate 10 working days for processing and that your documents may be lost or destroyed during the posting.0
