1. One completed visa application form;
2. One recent passport sized photo;
3. A valid original passport with blank pages.
4. an invitation letter from a Chinese governmental department, or invitation letter from your Chinese partner and confirmation of invitation from an authorized Chinese Unit such foreign affairs office
