confirmation of birth

Question

dear sir my wife is from hongkong she has no birth certificate but has a english passport and has had this as well as certificate of british citizen since 23 may 1984 we are going to live in america but need some one with official documuntaion just to confirm why she has no birth certificate in thouse days she was born at home and never registerd can you help many thanks mr t j bateman

You mean your wife was born in Hk? Then you can contact the HK Immigration Department by enquiry hotline at (852) 2824 6111 or by fax at (852) 2877 7711 about this issue.
