About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

i have been to germany 2 times,should i need invitation from china to attend rubber fair in shanghi

Yes, you do need the invitation from the administration of the fair to apply for a China visa. If the organizer of the fair is not under a Chinese government, you will also need a confirmation letter of invitation from the local foreign affairs office or other relevant government.
