You can take the Bus Y9 from the West Lake to the Huanglong Sports Center Station, which will take you 50 minutes. Then walk to the Hangzhou tourist distribution center to take the shuttle bus (3-3.5 hrs) to the Pudong airport. And taking a taxi from the Huanglong Sports Center Station will cost about 18 min and RMB20.
